Balwin Fibre exploiting residents!

I have been bounced around from Cool Ideas to Balwin Fibre. They have upgraded my package without my consent and of course charging me more. All this because Balwin Fibre decided to remove the 25mps line to cover their generator costs (as per Mno) Balwin fibre has forcefully given residents no choice but to upgrade and pay more. Mno literally said to me that I can go through another provide like Rain if I want to.
