Balwin Fibre / Balwin Connect review

I’ve read through some of the other reviews, but my personal experience has been quite different. The team has always been friendly and professional — I’ve never encountered any form of disrespect.

While it’s true that weekend support can be limited, I don’t think this alone justifies a one-star rating.

My overall experience with Balwin Fibre / Balwin Connect has been very positive. One feature I particularly appreciate is the flexibility to change internet plans instantly — something most other providers only allow at the end of the month.

From day one, I’ve had a smooth experience, and on the rare occasions when issues arose, they were resolved promptly. Definitely a 5-star experience from me..
