Afrihost Balwin Fibre horrible customer service

Worst service. I am trying to cancel my fibre like they are telling me to give a 30 days notice. So I must pay for a service in September that I will not be using. What’s difficult about cancelling this service and switching me to a service that I need. My new area is not supporting fibre but I must pay for fibre for what.
