Ballooning Cape Town

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Ballooning Cape Town.

I paid R7,800 for a hot air balloon experience for two people, and I hold a valid voucher. Despite this, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company to arrange a booking, and I have received no response whatsoever.

It is unacceptable to take full payment from a customer and then fail to provide any form of communication or support when they try to redeem the service. At this point, I am left with a paid-for experience that I cannot access.

I would strongly urge Ballooning Cape Town to address this matter urgently, either by honouring the booking or providing a full refund. I also caution other potential customers to ensure they can get reliable communication before making payment.
