worst place to stay

We had the worst experience ever traveling we waited 45 munites for the receptionist to arrive at the counter when she was laughing with her children upstairs she kept on sending the cleaning staff downstairs to tell us she is in a meeting. We eventually got hold of her on her cellphone and explained she needs to send someone else to check is in when she took a further 10 unites to come down the stairs. She gaves us keys with no direction how to get to the unit or to park. Check in time was well into business hours not even light or early. There was dirty dishes with half eaten food at the counter. Inside the unit the air-con didn't cool the place, the braai didn't work and we had to connect the gas to the stove ourselves and their was no internet we phone reception several times with no attempt to fix it. We asked for a refund before booking in which they said they couldn't give us and was forced to stay at the dreadfull place for 2 nights all the other units around us was empty explained why.
