Where is the money??
I closed my fund raising account in July 2023 and my charity is still waiting for their money - it is embarrassing! Emails go back and forth and still no closer to being paid out. I chase and chase and no response! Surely it doesn't take 4 months to do a bank transfer?? My experience with Back a Buddy has been extremely frustrating, with poor communication and I won't be using them again.
