Title: Unresponsive Support & Delayed Funds – Disappointing Experience I've been waiting over 6 months for funds from BackaBuddy for my campaign, "500 Miles for KINS," to build an eating area for a small school in Zanzibar. The money was sent in the wrong currency and bounced back, but my bank confirmed they received no transfer. Despite numerous emails and attempts to get updates, I’ve received no response or assistance. This lack of communication and support is very disappointing, especially given the importance of the project. I expected better accountability and support from BackaBuddy. I hope they improve their communication in future campaigns.
