Title: Frustrating Withdrawal Delays I am extremely frustrated with BackaBuddy. Registering and creating a campaign is presented as simple and straightforward, but withdrawing the donated funds has become unnecessarily difficult. We submitted the required documents, but the letter from Capitec was rejected by BackaBuddy’s Finance Department. Despite several attempts to resolve the matter, we have not received clear information on what is required. These funds were donated for the benefit of children, yet the children have not benefited because of the ongoing delays. BackaBuddy must urgently provide clear requirements and work with Capitec where necessary to resolve this matter. Donors contributed in good faith, and the beneficiaries should not continue to suffer because of administrative delays. This matter requires urgent attention and resolution.
