Think twice before using them

Pathetic service and their website states things different to how it actually works. I started a campaign on the 17th March, took 2 weeks for them to verify it after sending multiple messages on WhatsApp and emails. The payout system is a utter joke! Once again emailed them and WhatsApp'd yet ticket says your enquiry was resolved when it wasn't so I started messaging on FB messenger - the only way they reply fast enough and I asked them to contact me directly, the manager Lucinda makes excuses saying her hands are tied to release the payment. Ive waited for 8 business days excluding 2 weekends and still no payout, I had to respond to an email to consdnt for them to release the pay that I requested 🤣😒 She told me it might reflect next Weds as they only pay out once a month?!? 😐 I would never recommend using them. The fees are ridiculous almost R500 that someone donated covered the fees and then they still ask for a tip once you payout. Please seek some other company as this one will give your grey hairs and won't pay out within the time you need the money. I'm already behind on payments due to them.
