They don't even deserve a one star. I did a fundraiser for a school in 2024 raising funds an eating area. The fundraiser has long ended but we are still waiting for funds to be paid out to us Some correspondence from our side "I am writing to follow up - yet again - regarding the outstanding payout from the 500 Miles for KINS fundraiser, which has been pending since December. Despite my previous communications, I have yet to receive any resolution or meaningful update. As mentioned earlier, the funds were sent in Tanzanian Shillings to my USD account, and as a result, my bank was unable to process the transaction. The money was subsequently returned to Ecobank, and that is where the trail appears to end on my side. Unfortunately, I have now been waiting for over five weeks without any further information or correspondence from your team. This delay is extremely disappointing, especially considering that the funds were raised for an important cause and are urgently needed"
