Shocking appalling situation
Absolutely atrocious service . So called system glitches and promises to refund. Then no refunds. Promised CEO would call me. No such thing. I was repeatedly told they have no address linked to their company?? Weeks of emails that was recanted afterwards. Their staff all work remotely and do not have adequate answers to queries. Goes on for weeks. Trap with the tip. Only if you scroll down then realize you must drag the button to zero. Appears compulsory at first. I’m closing the campaign. Really really upset.
