Restart K&W Entertainment

I am a pensioner as is my life partner, we have been in the karaoke and live entertainment industry for a considerable time after Covid things changed for us and business was declining but we managed to keep going, in November '2023, we made a life-changing decision to relocate from Gauteng to East London, we had to let go of all our music equipment to take this step, we are now settled in at Winterstrand and we wanted to get started with karaoke again and I approached BackaBuddy for help to raise funds to buy equipment, the campaign went live in May 2024, we are now a month down the line and my campaign has still not been verified, countless correspondence later and it is still not verified, I am very disappointed with their service, donations that were made is still not available for pay out, please help!
