Professional and extremely helpful and understanding
A friend of mine was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer on 1 September 2023. As he has no medical aid I took it upon myself to try and raise funds. I started the campaign on 5 September with the assistance of backabuddy who were super professional. The process is extremely user-friendly and Lucinda and her team were always there to assist. To date we have raised R120 000 and Backabuddy have agreed to an early payout on 26 September. They have also sent out personalised emails that I wrote to all donors, even those that donated anonymously. I will definitely recommend them for any campaign funding
