Poor feedback on enquiries
I have made a donation on the 1st of September 2025 on certain campaign but my donation doesn't reflect on the campaign. I made 4 enquiries only to be sent ticket numbers with no resolve. The latest response was that the money has not reached them it's been 5 days how long does it take for them to receive the money and allocate it accordingly?
It's frustrating as my bank cannot reverse the transaction

We have checked and can confirm that your donation from 1 September 2025 is reflecting on the campaign and has been allocated. For context, EFT payments can take 3–5 business days to clear (especially over weekends). We only receive confirmation once the funds land in our account, and then we allocate it to the campaign—this timing may have caused the delay.
Our finance team rep**** to your email on 4 September the same day with these details, and we also tried to reach you by phone but couldn’t get through, however we will keep trying.
If you still require a refund for this donation we can assist but your donation is safely received and visible. Thanks so much for your support, and again, apologies for the inconvenience.
