Not efficient in sorting out issues immediately
I have been trying for weeks now to sort out this issue with my campaign not taking of to se e what I still need to submit to get it blueticked as you call it . I dont have quotes because I don't need or want anything new . I prefer to support people selling their things second hand on marketplace or Gumtree. I can't believe that I have to struggle with this too. As I have been trying to with this crowdfunding platform. I am still here because I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you you can still help me.

Please note that verification can only take place once there is at least one successful donation on your campaign. After that, our team will review your documents before a payout can be processed. Even if you prefer purchasing second-hand items rather than new ones, we can still work with you to find an alternative form of verification. Thuli has been guiding you through this, and we truly appreciate your willingness to cooperate. We know this process can be a bit of a hurdle, but it’s in place to ensure the safety and trust of everyone who uses the platform.
