No payout for months

This is the 2nd time that I used backabuddy, and it's been a horrible experience. I mail them at least once a week, maybe I will get a reply from older emails, and when I do, I reply immediately, after which they stay silent again for days.

This started in March 2024 and is still going on.

Everytime its either a Lucinda or Carla that replies.

We did the fund raising for an missionary trip to Zambia, and we paid 95% of the expenses ourselves, as we could not arrange a payout from backabuddy.

During the fund raising period, people could not make payments to backabuddy, due to technical difficulties with their site.

I really wish I did not made use of their platform. The time spent on emails and cognitive load is so expensive
