Ludicrously bad service from Backabuddy
My campaign to try and get my daughters to the World Karate Championships has been inaccessible since Thursday. I am unable to access donor funds, and have no idea what's happened to them. I have donors waiting to donate to my campaign but cannot access it. I have payment deadlines looming and am getting literally zero help from Backabuddy. Moreover I am unable even to login to my account. Despite numerous emails, calls and WhatsApps their "support" still cannot even offer a solution. Starting to smell like a ****.

I have critical finds I need to access in order that I pay for deadlines for daughter's inclusion the SA karate team.
Despite numerous emails to Jessica, 9 phone calls to "support" (including two with a crying toddler in the background) unanswered WhatsApps and Messenger messages, I have received zero assistance.
