Incredible service and friendly

We were in the process of registering two charities for a fundraising effort we were busy with. BackaBuddy's ticketing process for requests is a bit touch and go but I soon got in touch with Sardiqah who was absolutely incredible! She helped us at every step of the way, explaining things simply, making sure we chose the right approach for what we needed, making sure that the quickest route was taken as we were under pressure. She was awesome!
