I set out to raisefunds for my daughter to participate in an international tournament
I set out to raisefunds for my daughter to participate in an international tournament. I raised the funds amongst my work peers and I reached the child's target amount which included the exact amount she needed for her flight and accommodation. At payout phase I was short paid over R5000 I queried it and was told a recon would be sent to me. 3 days later and nothing so I emailed again and still nothing. Eventually I found another email address and requested the recon and Eventually it was sent almost 2 weeks later and the recon does not make sense. It states an amount different to what I wad paid up.
