I am very disturbed that, when you need to withdraw from BackaBuddy for an urgent course, automated messages are received and withdrawal doesn't happen after a number of attemps to withdraw. We have attempted to witjdraw over 3weeks now for funds and all we get is automated messages, promises to be called - all in vain. No calls as promised by automated messages nor responses to make us understand what is outstanding. It is very disturbing that, when there is an urgent need for the money, one just cant withdraw and one gets no clear understanding of what the cause of delay is
