Hooray for BackaBuddy
A really good experience overall... a good platform, that managed payouts smoothly, and our non-profit reached its target! Lucinda was amazingly helpful at all times. The interface is simple and self-explanatory; easy to work with and allows for image and video formats. The only reason for not receiving five stars are the few technical hitches that a few international donors reported; the payment gateway gave some trouble and we could not always work out why, I suspect human error as well as tech systems. Overall we are thrilled and delighted with our result, and will use BackaBuddy again for sure! It is a more professional tool than I'd hoped for.
