I requested 3 donations of R1000.00 They deducted 4 amounts of R1081.00. I requested they refund me for the 4th donation taken without my permission. Their reply """"When you opt for a recurring donation, your first donation does not count as a debit order, this is why you made 4 donations."" I have repeatedly requested them to prove where I agreed or authorised this. No proof . But I received this: Refund Amount: R 0.00 Date Processed: 2023-06-27 08:55:42 ***:***6 If I requested 3 donations to be made why would I agree to 4? If I knew this, I would have requested 2 donations. Suggestions?
