Disappointed, let down and angry

I am utterly disappointed with the level of service. The admin fees are so high vs the final amount you actually get. My main problem now is the payout! I requested this more than a month ago. I was told it would happen on 1 April. I have sent countles emails and whatsapps and no one replies. You owe the charity I raised money for R10K!!!
