Disappointed
My house burnt down last year September, my employer started a backabuddy campaign for which I was very grateful as everything was lost. Upon request for payout they requested several document which I completely understand the validity of. All information was submitted except for a fire department report. We stay on a plot, several houses in the area burnt down, but unfortunately as we are so far out, the fire department was not there. I submitted insurance papers, newspaper articles, affidavits but still they refuse the payment.
