Despicable and Deceiving Company!

I can't explain how awful this service was I received!! I wish had of read these reviews and stayed far away! I thought this platform would have have been a quick and easy way to raise money for a project I was passionate about, instead BackaBuddy just caused a lot of hassles, stress and pain!

Not only do you have to go deep into their T&C's to see the actual amount you're going to pay... which is a whopping 10.75%!!!! On their page of how much fees you'll pay it looks very much like 7%... IT'S NOT!! The way you set out your page and the way it'll post is pretty different. The URL won't be the name of your project and don't ask them to change it cause you won't be able to use the previous URL's, they won't link back. There are many people on this team yet they still take days to reply and don't answer phone calls! high frustrating! Especially when they have lost money that should've gone onto your campaign. Luckily a friend told me she put it in or I'd never know, hopefully everyone else told me too! The amount they show won't be correct, they'll still take off the bank fees and their admin fee, so you'll be far off your target at the end!

Highly disappointing service and I would never use them again and hope that no one else does!
