COMMUNICATION IMPOSSIBLE

It was extremely difficult to get any answers to my emails. I kept on getting automated replies that did not answer my question. Trying to get payment of the donations was also challenging. If you are running a campaign for someone who does not have a bank account or an email, there is no provision for that at payout. I was beginning to think that BackaBuddy was never going to payout and that the beneficiary would never have a shelter for her children. I am waiting to see if they pay out...
