BackaBuddy Verification Delays and Poor Support

I’m extremely disappointed with the way BackaBuddy has handled my campaign verification process. It has been over three weeks since I submitted all the required documents, and I still haven’t received any feedback or updates.

I’ve tried reaching out to Jessica, who is supposedly assisting with support, but she’s been completely unresponsive. My WhatsApp messages are ignored, and emails go unanswered. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when people are relying on campaigns for urgent needs.

BackaBuddy advertises itself as a platform that supports South Africans in times of crisis — but my experience says otherwise. I simply want to know when my details will be verified so I can access the funds raised for my campaign.

Please take this seriously and sort out the verification delay urgently.
