Backabuddy Statement.
My grandson Chritopher is going to America on the Top Achiever tour. We opened an account for him with Backabuddy. An amount of R9 900 was paid into the account. Backabuddy transferred an amount of R6 500 into World Travel account. I have been requesting a statement from them since the 5th of June. They are completely ignoring my request.

Additionally, there may be third-party payment gateway fees that are beyond our control, which can vary depending on the payment method chosen by the donor.
