BackaBuddy not paying out

I was so excited to use BackaBuddy. It was such a process to get myself validated and the tour and my bank info...but when it came to the payout I have to struggle and know I have ro pay this extra and that extra to get my money? They said pay out 7-10days and know I must pay because of requesting again after waiting and waiting and 7 says passing, 10days passing, 14 days passing. Im on 28 days 28. Ive put in a request at 10 April 2024. Its been 28 working days and still I haven't received my pay out. We had to cancel the campaign because of unforseen circumstances and I need to pay peoples money back. If it was millions I would understand the delay but R500 is not a lot. Why the struggle? Last week I had to fill in another form to get the money with a day when is the cut off day, still it wasn't paid in before yesterday. I am so disappointed. It makes me wonder if the people really get their money? I will never use BackaBuddy again or even suggest it to anyone
