Backabuddy lack of assistance, not truthful on campaigns

Extremely dissapointed. A campain was created by someone for a person. But the person who is supposed to benefit is not benefiting at all as the created has TOTAL control over the campaign. SURELY this is not supposed to work like this, especially if lawyers get involved to advise that the campaign creator is going back on what they told donators the fund was for? A request has been made that it is resolved but Backabuddy is slow to respond and assist. Very disappointed with the lack of assistance.
