Their system is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and treat donors with respect and exemplary gratitude. Their customer service is exemplary, even when I once lost my cool - due to my own misunderstanding - they kept their cool and responded to me with utmost courtesy.

I see someone had a bad experience with payout of the collected donations. I'm not at that stage yet, but will report if I have a less than positive experience.
