Awesome customer service
After joining the platform for our NPO and a cause that we need funding for, I was assisted by Sardiqah from Back-a-Buddy. From day one, she would email me about everything and when I had a problem navigating our profile on the site, it took one phone call with her to sort it out. She was amazing, very efficient, helpful and friendly.
