Oh my gosh I can't say enough to explain how awesome the Backabuddy family is....and it is a family because they are with you throughout your whole fundraising journey; supporting campaigns, advising on the best ways to get your campaign goals. Backabuddy has helped me twice. I can honestly say they literally saved my life! And I have made the most amazing friends through years of help, love, support, "tissues" in the tears, "champagne" in the victories and milestones reached. From the verification department, to the campaign assistants and the awesome marketing dept led by Zane, everyone at Backabuddy is just awesome, and they move mountains to help your campaign to be successful. I am so honoured and grateful that my life path intertwined with Backabuddy. They are absolute professionals, but they are not just black and white set rules customer service people who just help you in the beginning and then leave you hanging on your own. They are wonderful, special, professional, heroic beautiful human beings who just find such great joy and rewards in helping people in their time of need. Backabuddy is proudly south African and I am so glad to be part of their family!
