A shocking experience
It’s with a heavy heart that I write this review because initially my experience with back a buddy was outstanding. The service was excellent however my latest experience just trying to get them to pay me a donation made at the beginning of April24 had been a complete nightmare. I submitted a payment request on the 9th may and to date have not received the payment despite numerous attempts to get them to help me they literally ignore my emails and the call centre keeps giving me lame excuses. Would suggest you avoid using them in the future I know I will.
