Worst customer service department ever

the worst customer care department I have ever dealt with, not helpful , take no responsibility refuse to put me through to a manager , refused to give me contact information to escalate my issue , refused to assist me at all, rejecting all my resolutions ,miscommunication , more customer relations, all they say is there is nothing I can do , and there is no one senior to them , no resolution , unwilling to assist me at all.
