Worst Baby Store ever

<p>As I read all reviews it looks like almost nobody is happy with this stores service and always the same response "we will escalate". Our baby is almost due and we spent a load of money at this store. Your service is terrible. 3 times I bought items that were incomplete! Then I have to go back and exchange but not after a huge fight with the store. Everytime we go in there is no-one to assist. You have to walk and find someone to assist, and then when they eventually arrive they know absolutely squat about baby stuff.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fix your stores and the staff you employ as if this is how I struggle to but baby stuff what are the changes I will buy toys for the kids when they grow up? ZERO Mall@ Reds is by far your worst store.</p>
