Worst Babies R Us

Worst experience ever. Had an issue with an online order. Sent through an email like they requested with the POP and bank statements as proof. It's been a week now that every time I phone to ask when can I get my money back they say the Finance people are looking into it. How useless can you be to take more than a week to simply compare your own statements with the one I send through. Ridiculous and won't recommend them to anyone
