Waited too long

Went to Babies R US on the 01 Sept 2015 and waited for 15 minutes without anyone helping me.<br> I had went to fetch the Vitality baby bag, when I got there no one was at the till<br> and a lady that works there told me Elias will assist me.<br> He didn't come, after about 10 minutes some lady came with 2 employees from the store and both employees attended that lady.<br> I stood there for further 5 minutes without any help and I left.<br> <br> That store is for babies and most women who go there are pregnant, to wait for 15 minutes standing up without help I think that is ridiculous.<br> <br> Maybe Vitality Should consider using other stores than that store
