Very Afraid, Terrified and Disappointed

I am very afraid for my life as i was verbally abused by these guys who came and delivered my babies r us online order today. They firstly did not call me before delivery so i was not expecting them, secondly they hooted so abruptly at my gate yet i know atleast 1 person is supposed to jump out and press my intercom , thirdly when i ask why they screaming from inside the car at me they became rude and using vulgar language at me also the guy jumped out and just my box on the floor when i asked for my copy of the receipt he said just sign and said i should take my box and F off . The other two remained in the car swearing at me till they drove out. As a young female i was scared and terrified for my life that these men can do such a disgusting thing. These people could of attacked me and what was going to be done ? If they attacked me verbally so i feel i should return my whole delivery as i should not have been treated this way as South africa is so bad now i am terrified i was not going to be able to defend myself.
