Unacceptable Treatment and Lack of Resolution on Human Rights Day

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store on Human Rights Day, as well as the lack of appropriate resolution when I attempted to address the issue with a manager (Sonisha).

On the 21st of March 2024, I visited your store located at Galleria Mall with the intention of purchasing toys for kids. However, my experience was marred by the rude and disrespectful behavior exhibited by one of your staff members namely Kiara Pillay. Despite my request to speak with a manager regarding the matter, I was made to wait unnecessarily, further exacerbating my frustration..

When the manager eventually arrived, I had expected a sincere apology for the inconvenience and distress caused by the staff member's behavior. However, to my dismay, there was no acknowledgment of the delay or the severity of the situation. This lack of accountability only served to reinforce my perception that such behavior is tolerated within your establishment.

As a customer, I believe I have the right to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. It is unacceptable that my concerns were not addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Furthermore, the apparent indifference displayed by the manager only compounded my disappointment and left me feeling disheartened about the level of customer service provided by your store.

It is disheartening to witness such behavior, especially on a day dedicated to celebrating human rights and dignity. I am appalled by the fact that my experience at your store contradicted the very values that Human Rights Day stands for.

I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate the incident thoroughly. It is imperative that steps are taken to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. No one should have to endure such treatment, especially in a retail environment where customer satisfaction should be paramount.
