This store does not provide refunds

I can't believe the bad level of experience I received at The Glen store. I was refused a refund with an excuse that their supplier won't take the item bad, not sure if this is their return policy. I've been a very loyal customer at that store, driving all the way to find out that I won't be refunded at some point. I'm am so disappointed. The packaging was neatly opened and is still in good condition, however the young lady told us their affairs with the supplier that I don't think it's for customer's knowledge. She sounded so inadequate with what she was doing and telling my wife and I that she will not accept the item which was bought previous day. I am definitely taking this up. I am entitled to a refund.
