*******. ***** - WORST service

I bought a baby bath at the Cradlestone branch just before lock-down. This is for out first grandson. We went into lock-down and my daughter in law gave birth 6 weeks early and got one herself and managed without one. As soon as the store was opened according to the lock-down rules I returned the bath as it would still be a while before we would be allowed to visit and as my husband is a very high risk for Covid, I was not going to take any chances. The day I returned the bath there was no cashflow in the till and I was offered a voucher which I took because the other option was to come back later when they do have money available. I had the slip, the bath and the bag it came in with me. Under the impression that they do sell baby clothes I took the voucher. I went on Saturday to go and buy something for the little one as we were going to see them on Sunday. To my disgust I discovered they do not sell baby clothes but prams, formula and food. I asked for my money back as I had no option when I returned the original product but to take a voucher. The "assistant Manager" ever so rudely told me there is nappies and food, I can buy that!!! Who do you think you are????? If I want baby food I can go to Checkers, Pick 'n Pay. Woolworths and all the other stores. I chose your shop because you are supposed to have a variety of baby clothes. Now they are refusing to refund me when it was not my fault. They have a rude no care for customers attitude. The fact that I assisted one of their staff members that fainted the day I returned the goods and actually asked the security of the complex and then an ER personnel that I saw outside to please go and assist means nothing to them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. They take your money and then they are done with you. Worst service ever. Worst of all right across from this store there is another baby shop. Go there, you will find what you are looking for. Stop calling you Babies R us because you do not sell baby clothes at Cradlestone. Then you still have the audacity to tell me to go to another mall if I want clothes!!!! Brenda you are just as useless as Jabu. They should remove you from dealing with customers or sent you on a course
