The worst service online. Taking my money and not delivering on promise made

The worst service I had experienced in my life. I order online and zero communication and no delivery of the online voucher I bought and I sent a query on their online portal and still no feedback. I made my purchase on the 1st of May and today the 8th of June they still have not delivered. Phones just ring unattended. Called Clear Water branch as well since it's closer to me but they also mentioned they can't assist. Now how do I get my money back if I can't be assisted. I will never buy anything from Babies R Us ever again
