Terrible service

Bought an item from their website on 28/11/2019, the payment went through but their finance team can't verify the payment. It has been 12 days and they don't even bother to call and give feedback on the process of trying to resolve the problem. I call every day just to get the same response "We will call you and update you ASAP"

I which I didn't need to give a star that is how poor the service is that I've received to date.

I will never buy from them again not even in store!
