Terrible Service and dishonest staff

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Babies R Us store in Menlyn Park Shopping Centre on 29/10/2025 at approximately 17:35

During my visit, I was unexpectedly denied service by a lady named GOSIAME and ERMELO without any clear or justifiable reason. This experience left me feeling embarrassed , disrespected and taken like a fool as I was simply attempting to return an item I had purchased 4 days prior.

They deliberately **** to my face claiming their “system for refunds is offline” , I then drove to the Atterbury Value Mart branch to return the item there, which the staff there informed me there is no such thing, their refund system has never offline.

I have wasted parking tariff and fuel driving from store to store because of Gosiame’s blatant lies and refusing to help me, I am very upset at this and will no longer be supporting this brand.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide an explanation as to why I was refused service. I would also appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
