Terrible service
<p>I visited the flora babies r us to swop a packet of nappies as my husband had gotten a size 4 instead of a size 4 plus the manager was rude and made it Seem as if I was looking to ***** I shop and spend lots of money at babies r us and have done so with all 4 of my kids </p> <p>service is very important and it seems like your staff don't have any concept of service what would I gain by swopping a size this is unacceptable as I drove all the way to exchange it only to be told that she can't do anything for me unless I come with a slip she couldn't even pull yesterday's records from the system </p> <p>I am disgusted at the service and definitely won't be back</p>
