Terrible online orders

I have placed an online order. Firstly communication after order is placed is very bad. After a struggle I received it. One of the items are incorrect I have ordered a toddler toilet training seat. They sent me a toddler potty. I have asked numerous times to for them to arrange for my correct item...with no success.
