Terrible experience

I ordered a travel system (peak and car seat) for delivery as advertised on Facebook. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my order. The reason why I ordered online is because babiesRus advertised delivery of essential items during lockdown and I was a week away from giving birth. I needed the car seat urgently.

Updates on the website are meaningless and the tracking link and dawnwing website DOES NOT WORK. I called babiesRus and the call gets cut. I then called DawnWing directly and was assured the package would be delivered before 3pm today. As I had a doctors appointment I made special arrangements to have someone home to receive the package but again I was let down and the package was not delivered as promised. I tried calling DawnWing again today and the call was cut.
