Terrible after sales and exchange service

I bought 2 car seats for my twins, I was not happy with the purchase and sent them back , they were collected and then it went quiet , I cannot go anywhere because windows mot have car seats for my kids , The worst after sales and exchange service ever , it's been a week and I'm still waiting for feedback after numerous attempts to contact you guys for feedback and way forward , I will never again buy from babies r us neither would I recommend to someone else
