****** Cellphone

I had my cellphone on top of my baby pram when entering the shop. My mother was looking for christmas gifts for the her grandchildren. We were in the aisle in front of the staff entrance at the back, and I was bending down to fetch the item at the bottom shelf and one of the workers or transformers was busy packing stuff on the shelf. He was bending over my pram. My mother saw the person but all she can remember he had something black by his ear like an earphone or an earring. When we left the shop my phone was ****** and I only noticed it when we step out of the shop. The Assistant Manager called all the male staff together so that we can have a look at all but no one came to front regarding this. The Manager was also not with when the male workers was all together. Was not handled with concern. Is there camera footage in store to have a look at on day 14 November? I am not sure of the exact time, but I would like camera footage from 11:30 till 13:00 for that aisle. Thank you.
